Keep her quiet. Help her remove her underclothes discreetly.

Are there blankets? She will likely chill. Keep her warm when that happens.

There aren't any blankets.

They took away everything, this afternoon, and didn't feed us supper.

You will need to improvise then. Does anyone have a cloak? If nothing else, hold her hands to keep them warmed. And speak reassuringly to her, but if she finds noises irritating, have a care to avoid anything that would distress her.
