Apparently Voldemort's no longer making everyone talk to Harry on his behalf.

They gave us breakfast. Also last night someone sent down this enormous pile of American Witches novels, so I'm getting all caught up on Lilah, Mercy, and Todd.

Well, of course you did. This is why it's probably good they're not telling us the plan, just in case your mother turns up. I may think I'm occluding but it'll never be perfect.

Ron's going to leave today, and Ginny's going to take his place. She's using polyjuice. I really hope they don't decide to have Ron cruciate anyone as I have no idea whether Ginny could even manage it. But, if you think she's just not going to be able to pull off the whole 'guard' thing, you can tell everyone you know we secretly got married last night and clearly Ron hasn't got the steel in him to be one of Our Lord's Chosen and take his wand and put him in with the rest of us. Cruciate both of us if it makes for a better show. Whatever you think will work.

I think if they work out it's Ginny they may just kill her out of hand. I don't know.

Actually, it's worse than that. They'll want to know where she got the polyjuice. They'll want to know who else is in the Order.

I'm just not going to worry about this, because I'm currently scheduled to be killed in in twelve and a half hours and that really seems like enough to be going on with.

Say. Sally Anne says you know I'm leaving. Listen. Two things: look out for Ginny once she's down here polyjuiced as me. She may need a wand. She's going to try to get one before she comes, but that's the thing we couldn't plan for totally. So cover for her if she hasn't got one. Or move up the plan on springing the wands from the lockup. You've got the cloak and SA's got my badge. You'll need that. Or Justin. Whichever of you goes.

I'm not telling him. Better if none of the rest of them know. Even if that means they can't help Gin. She's got a dead-on imitation of me. I'm not worried about that part, but the wand...

Don't worry, I'll do whatever I must to make sure she isn't found out. It helps that I can actually read her mind. She'll know to project something at me if she needs it, I hope?

I haven't got a thing on me other than half a biscuit. I don't think that would do him much good.

Listen. Help me think of something I can give him that he could take with him to know we're all behind him. I can't tell the others anything, really. Anything they know could be forced out and that could ruin everything.

Only, I want him to know, well, that we're his friends and we care, y'know? That we know he's doing this for everyone, and we're with him.

Aren't you even going to ask me how I managed it? I'm going to pretend you did, because I just want you to know, Mr Longbottom was entirely correct that they just assume you're helpless if you don't have a wand, and testicles make an excellent target.

It's definitely compatible. I used it to Obliviate him and petrify him and stun him and also to lock the closet we stuffed him in. With any luck he'll be out till next Tuesday.

Anyway, I put it in that bracelet George and Fred gave me for now, along with your hairs, but unless someone looks at it closely enough to notice it's not your wand we should be fine.
