Desai had Ron Ginny someone cruciate Pansy fifteen times in ten-second bursts, once for every person who was singing.

She had a seizure after the tenth time. Desai just waited till it was over and started up again.

I gave her your palliative and I gave her Mr Snape's palliative and I don't have my wand so I can't cast any spells, is there anything else I can do that would help? We don't even have tea. We don't even have anything soft to sit on.

She can't stand up, she can't

I could give her another dose of Mr Snape's potion.

Any difficulty breathing? Sometimes the muscles of the abdomen-

You could offer her gentle (firm, but careful) massage to ease the knotting of muscles. Particularly those in her neck and shoulders, which will cause additional and unfortunately long-lived headache.

She's not seizing any more. And her breathing is okay. She says everything hurts and she's lost most of her voice.

The distraction was so Hydra and Justin could get the wands. So I actually just got my wand back.

If you are meant to keep the fact of the wands secret until the assault on the castle's been launched, do not give in to the temptation to use magic on Miss Parkinson!

Besides, there's really precious little your wand can do to help her. You'll recall that Cruciatus pain responds in some degree (or doesn't, patient's constitution depending) to the palliatives, and for the remainder, one must yield to the course of time.

Keep her quiet. Help her remove her underclothes discreetly.

Are there blankets? She will likely chill. Keep her warm when that happens.

You will need to improvise then. Does anyone have a cloak? If nothing else, hold her hands to keep them warmed. And speak reassuringly to her, but if she finds noises irritating, have a care to avoid anything that would distress her.
