Diggory didn't talk to Fleur but I know Professor Froissart had words with her and they weren't quite what she wanted to hear. She's well cross and blames it on Madame Froissart being Mr Malfoy's sister.
I say, I do agree that it's quite unlikely anyone would look to you if Krum were to cause Marvolo to lose face. It's unfortunate that the competition has ultimately come down to a pointless exercise, what? They might as well give Marvolo the trophy and have done with it but I suppose then we'd lose our evening's excitement. Or 'excitement,' if you prefer.
