I hope this message finds you well. As you may have heard, there was a very large battle at Hogwarts yesterday (and in a lot of other places, simultaneously) that was won by the Order of the Phoenix.
Among the miscellaneous spoils of the battle: a large quantity of dragon blood, fresh. It would be very helpful to us if someone could brew some of it into doses of Cinnabaris. Professor Gimlet was injured in battle -- he'll recover, but Cinnabaris has to be brewed IMMEDIATELY. Madam Pomfrey can brew it, but there are quite a few other demands on her time just at present.
If you'd be willing to brew Cinnabaris for us, I could bring you the dragon blood and no one else needs to know where you are. Or, if you'd prefer, Draco could bring it, or Remus Lupin, or -- I'm not sure who you might consider the most trustworthy option, but name your choice and I'll let you know if they're available.
Alternately, perhaps you'd like to enter into a long-term arrangement to brew potions for us. In that case, we could arrange to cast the Fidelius charm on your house, with anyone you'd like as secret keeper; that would ensure your safety.
Surely, with the Lord Protector dead and gone, you can see which way the wind is blowing. You will enjoy the fruits of our victory -- freedom, the ability to travel, no fear of Aurors coming to your house because the wrong person overheard a stray thought they deemed disloyal -- regardless of whether you help us. But think of how greatly you will be honoured, and rewarded, as a confederate of the revolution, once the old regime is completely swept away.
