I got off easy. They just asked me to demonstrate setting up a physical warding on a magical trunk. I didn't pulverise anything inside, so I reckon I probably passed.
Doesn't matter if they suddenly run mad and give me an 'O' (not that they will, of course): I am so happy to be dropping this subject now that the OWL exam is OVER. No matter what my mark is.
It's a spell that makes you perceive things that aren't really there. I was supposed to make him think he was violently ill.
He was begging me to just kill him
I didn't do it. I pretended I couldn't remember the spell.
He'd been used for a bunch of student exams already. I don't know whose. They put a silencing spell on him when they saw he was distracting He said he couldn't take any more.
Yeah, I was in there at the same time as Zabini, and they had him cast that gyro curse that makes a person so dizzy they feel as if their head is going to spin off and all their other parts are spinning even faster but in totally different directions. It was just like the description in the book, too. You could tell just watching the poor bloke he cast it on. He was staggering around until he finally fell, and it made him sick up all over everything, himself and the floor and even the examiner's table. Zabini took it off, though, as soon as his shoes got splattered.
I just had to do the blood ward on a box flobberworms. Mind you, they were dead when I opened it up again, but I think that was part of the test--to see if it had really sealed tight. Anywiz, Professor Tofty couldn't open it at all, so I think I did all right. Better than on the written part, anyway.
Well, I probably failed my exam. Unless the essays pull me up to an A, if I get almost a perfect mark on the essays I might get an A.
I think I'm doing better than the muggle, though.
Pansy had to cast Imperius, she said it wasn't too bad because she knows the Imperius Curse actually makes you feel really good while it's on you, and she didn't have the muggle do anything humiliating, she just made him sing a song.
I'm sure I didn't do well at all. I nearly ran out of parchment--and time, what--on the second essay, and that was mostly to refute the premise of the question. I'm jolly certain they'll not care for that.
For the practical I was made to cast the Hornet Hive Hex against a Muggle. She was bally well calm, though--much calmer than anyone ought to have been in that situation. I've a feeling someone before me must have cast something on her to make her so pliant, what. I removed it as soon as possible but that only made the examiner want me to do it again.
